The hotel is located in the center of the charming Alfama district, just a 10-minute walk from Sao Jorge castle and a 5-minute walk from Miradouro Das Portas view point. It offers a true experience of the cobbled streets, tram tracks, and traditional architecture of Alfama. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with spacious showers and large beds. Guests can enjoy a delicious continental breakfast with a menu of hot food included in the price of the room.
Some guests mentioned that the hotel is located on a hilly area, making it challenging for people with mobility issues to walk up and down the hills.

I loved how this place is located near all the interesting spots that I wanted to see. It was so convenient to walk around and explore the area, from the steep and cobbled streets to the waterfront. The service here was exceptional, with 24-hour room service, housekeeping, laundry and car hire. I really appreciated the warm welcome drink upon arrival and the staff who helped me with tours and ticket assistance.
I would recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The luxurious amenities offered at this hotel were exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to meet all of our needs, accommodating our every desire with precise attention to detail. the elegant room boasted spectacular views and exclusive features such as a private hot tub and sauna. the prompt and friendly service exceeded our expectations, providing an unparalleled experience.
There was one minor issue with the location. While the hotel was set in a charming and historic district, it was situated on a steep hill.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the charming Alfama district of this city. It was quiet and peaceful, yet within a minute's walk to several local bars. The 28 tram stop was also conveniently located just 2 minutes away. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a pod coffee machine for added convenience. The breakfast menu had a wide variety of options, including meat, cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt. The quality and freshness of the food were excellent. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, always on hand to provide tips and advice on the area.
